Yearbook Rediscovered 2011

In my high school yearbook (1965) John Mickola wrote the Latin phrase below with a Ha!Ha! you'll never know. Well it took 46 years but I finally have the solution.
gutta cavat lapidem, non vi, sed saepe cadendo: The drop hollows out the stone by frequent dropping, not by force; constant persistence gains the end.
Interestingly, my methods of getting things done follows the path of planting seeds to an idea and then watering the idea until it grows.I recognize that one of my gifts is the ability to make people change their ways but I do not use force but time. John Mickola's quote came very true in how my success in my career has taken place.
