This year I am filling in as an asst principal at Fall Brook until the end of the school year. Someone reminded me of what Fall Brook had in the pass. We had a pay telephone booth in a hallway that led into the main hallway. We had a family night function going on in the school. Several parents and myself were in the front hallway. A police car pulled up to the front of the school. Two officers entered the building and informed me that they had received a 911 call. Just as they finish two fourth grade boys came running around the corner from the hallway that had the phone booth. Seeing the police both boys blurted out that they didn't call 911. Two embarrassed parents looked at their children and I am sure the children didn't have a happy ride home.
